On June, 2013, KOSUN once again supplied 50D Arctic Solids Control System for the project in Kazakhstan invested by Sino-Kazakh Great Wall Drilling Company, after successfully assembling two sets of 70D Solids Control System for them. By 15th June of the same year, the system has been delivered to Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery General Factory of NOV to be assembled to drilling machines. 

As required, KOSUN has made 50D Arctic Solids Control System fit to operate well even under minus 40 degrees centigrade.For this project,the provided system is mainly constituted by the following:linear motion shaker, centrifuge, desander, desilter, mud cleaner, vacuum degasser, standardized circuit used in drilling unit, diesel tank, water tank, MCC house, etc.

The key parts of all these solids control equipments assembled by KOSUN were made from materials very tolerant to low temperature, and the standardized circuit used in the drilling unit and the electric components, electric cables in the MCC house are the same. Apart from these, the system is also equipped with the latest thermal technology and heating system. The export of 50D Arctic Solids Control System is quite meaningful to KOSUN since it signified the technological maturity of its arctic solids control system, which had been widely recognized by customers from the alpine regions.
