Large solid impurities are separated from mud (sludge) by Hi-G dryer, and the filtrated liquid is dynamically mixed with the dosing system in pipelines through tee joint for flocculation and gel breaking. Pretreated mud is fed to centrifuge (or filter press). After solid-liquid separation by centrifuge, the collected solids can be directly transported by truck to the centralized treatment plant, or conveyed to the solids storage site by conveying equipment, and the clear liquid is uniformly collected and then discharged or recycled.
