    Sales Manager

    Location:Houston, TX.

    Job Description
    Sales Manager. Prompt Kosun Solids Control Equipment in North-America including US, Canada and Mexico.
    Fulfill the sales plan and achieve sales target set by the management;
    Key tasks and responsibilities:
    l   Manage market and sales activities in the assigned area;
    l   Define sales strategy and business development with the management;
    l   Identifying market opportunities and defining appropriate sales approach;
    l   Take positive plans and actions to meet the company sales target;
    l   Establishing direct sales in assigned territories in regards to all aspects;
    l   Visiting potential customer periodically and compatibly, understanding the local market demand and the client’s problems;
    l   Develop new customers or potentials. Cultivate, build and maintain strong relationship with customers at working/project levels;
    l   To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel;
    l   Actively plan and participate marketing activities like promotions, exhibitions;
    l   Contract negotiation;
    l   Provide market and competitor analysis;
    l   Maintains records of sales activity and sales reports;
    l   Support the After-Sales team;
    l   Fulfill other tasks arranged by the company.

    Minimum 15 years work experiences in Oil and Gas industry (required);
    Minimum 5 years experiences work as sales engineer;
    Education with oil drilling technology or petroleum engineering;
    Familiar with solid control system and equipment,e.g. shale shaker, centrifuge, sand pump;
    Background and experience of company like Halliburton, MI-Swaco, Baker Hughes will be a plus;

    Must demonstrate ability to motivate and sustain sales growth in region.
    Must have proven track record of exceeds plus experience.
    Practice in managing sales team in both commercial and technical aspects
    Ability of multi-tasking and prioritizing to achieve best possible outcome
    Skills in customer communications and presentations;
    Valid driver’s license and a good driving record;
    Cross-cultural awareness;

    Maintain a stable performance under pressure;
    Customer-orientation and effective communication;
    Willingness for frequent business travel
    Good teamwork spirits.
