General Description
The KD Series Separation System is of modular system construction. It is designed for the treatment of all kinds of slurries used in common construction techniques.
Application
1.Slurry supported grab works for piles and diaphragm walls
2.Deep drilling
3.Tunnelling
4.Aggregate processing
5.Mining Industry
KD-D110016 Separation System
The KD-D110016 fitted with a desanding cyclone and a fine vibrating shaker. From the coarse screen, the slurry will drop the desanding module, where a pump unit with a cyclone of 12” in diameter removes sand from the slurry.

KD-2250-30 Separation System
The KD-2250-30 consists of a KD-D225016 desanding module fitted with a desanding cyclone and a fine vibrating shaker, and a KD-S020033 desilting module for subsequent separation of fines.
From the coarse screen, the slurry will drop the
desanding module, where a pump unit with a cyclone of 18” in diameter removes sand from the slurry and another pump unit with three cyclones of 6” in diameter carry out a subsequent refinement as desired.

KD-2425-30 Separation System
The KD-2425-30 consists of a KD-C1A coarse shaker module fitted with a coarse vibrating screen for removal of large particles, a KD-D242526 desanding module fitted with two desanding cyclones and a fine vibrating shaker, and a KD-S020063 desilting module for subsequent separation of fines.
From the coarse shaker, the slurry let into the system will drop into a collecting box to then be conveyed through a connecting trough to the desanding module, where a pump unit with two cyclone of 18” in diameter removes sand from the slurry and another pump unit with six cyclone of 6” in diameter carry out a subsequent refinement as desired.
