AWD Deck Angle Adjustment System

        The patented lifting system allows for easy and quick operation, and simple maintenance. Patent numbers: 201220053113.4 and 201020178779.3
        The reliable performance accommodates any harsh working conditions. The designed life is up to 8 years.
        Compared with the usual lifting device of hydraulic cylinder, AWD deck angle adjustment system enables one person to steplessly raise or lower the screen basket from -1o to +5o without interrupting operation only by turning the handle, which is convenient and efficient.
        The angles at left and right sides of screen basket are synchronously adjusted, which is more convenient and stable, and can avoid the common mud deviation.
        The rolling pulley structure is more labor-saving than the sliding type.

Screen

        The structure consisting of framework layer, supporting layer and working layer allows the screen more durable.
         Reusable screen plugs can effectively extend the screen life.
         When disposing the drilling fluid containing mudstone or other highly viscous cuttings, the use of flat screen is capable of effectively guaranteeing the conveyance and removal of cuttings (as compared with wave screen).
         The price is relatively lower (as compared with wave screen).

Locking Device

        It adopts a self-locking structure, possesses a reliable performance and can be easily operated. It only takes 30 seconds to lock or unlock the screen box.
        On the market, most shale shakers are fastened by bolts, the operation consumes more time and labor, and fasteners are easily lost.

Tensioning System

        The tensioning system is stable in performance and reliable in structure, which experiences 15 years of field use.

Weir Feeder

        The weir structure effectively reduces the impact force of drilling fluid onto the screen and enables the drilling fluid to evenly spread over the screen surface.
        The submersible bypass valve can easily open and close the silted feeder bottom.

High Performance

        The super G force generated by Martin vibrating motors significantly enhances the handling capacity of screen, increases the dryness of cuttings, and needs fewer shale shakers or relatively finer screens under the same working conditions. To increase the dryness of cuttings can obviously reduce the cuttings discharge costs.

Function Modularization

        As a first-stage solids control equipment, KOSUN Black Rhinoceros linear motion shale shaker can averagely process 600~700GPM with 9~10PPG mud and 140 meshes screen. Two Black Rhinoceros linear motion shale shakers can be used in place of three standard shale shakers.
        As a cleaner underflow shaker, KOSUN Black Rhinoceros linear motion shale shaker is a useful tool in reducing the amount of fluid being discharged from the underflow of cones, and its economic benefit is especially obvious when using an expensive drilling fluid.
        As an oil-based cuttings dryer, when utilized for secondary drilled cuttings drying, KOSUN Black Rhinoceros linear motion shale shaker can reduce the oil on cuttings to below 10% by weight.
